Put on your kimono, tie your belt and get your protective gear… Direction? Le dōjō de Morlanwelz-Carnières. Ichi, ni, san… It’s off to a training session that’s both intensive and family-oriented, in a warm and spiritual setting.

Morlanwelz-Carnières Karate Club

Would you like to get started in a martial discipline, meet passionate people and improve your technique? The Morlanwelz-Carnières Karate Club opens its doors to you for a plunge into the heart of a very special way of life. Your combat sports equipment specialist Vincent VERDOOT is also a member of the committee. He regularly treads the tatami of the dōjō to perfect his movements, exchange ideas with other fighters, organize events and share valuable advice for the younger generation.

White belt, black belt, child, adult, junior, senior… Every level is welcome! The last U13 grading took place at the end of June in a convivial atmosphere. Sensei Thierry COUPIN takes the time to demonstrate each movement with ease and fluidity, while correcting your posture and encouraging you.

In addition to training sessions, numerous courses are organized throughout the year. Several of the Club’s experienced representatives also had the opportunity to stand on the podium at championships held in Belgium.
