Online sale of Judo kimonos or judogis
A judo kimono is the key to practicing this martial and spiritual art. Dax, Hiku, Moskito… Daisho is delighted to work with renowned brands to bring you quality fabrics. Browse our various products for adults and children and enjoy a perfect-fitting outfit.

Did you know? In our countries, we tend (wrongly) to use the term “kimono” to designate judoka’s main equipment. Yet this word simply reflects the notion of traditional Japanese clothing. The expression “judogi” is more specific and literally means “judo garment”.
How to wear a judogi
Your size defines the size of your judogi. Start by measuring it and adding between 5 and 10 cm to get the right measurements.

Second selection criterion: your level of practice. If your child is just starting out, opt for a light weight (“weight” of the kimono) to enhance suppleness. In competition, you’ll need a thick, resistant and reinforced outfit. We strongly recommend a paper weight of 750g/m² or more. The objective? Coping with pressure, twisting and numerous pulls.

Need advice on choosing your judogi? Don’t hesitate to contact our team.
