Subscription to the distribution list or newsletter adds the user’s e-mail address to the contact list of persons who may receive e-mail messages containing commercial or promotional information about this site. We use the Sendinblue service to provide newsletters to users who have opted to receive them. Sendinblue is a service for managing e-mail addresses and sending messages.
