Our FAQ has been designed to give you all the answers you need. You’ll find information on our delivery service, returns and exchanges.
Section 1. Deliveries or withdrawal.
We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece*, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain*, Sweden*, Switzerland*, United Kingdom*.

Delivery charges* vary according to your delivery zone, the value of your order and the item ordered.
*Free shipping on orders over €80! (with the exception of bulky or heavy items, or items outside our delivery zone)
Possible supplements
Certain destinations (islands, areas requiring customs clearance, etc.) may incur additional charges.
Delivery times depend on your geographical area, country and delivery method. In general, they are between 2 and 5 working days.
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we undertake to dispatch your order within a maximum of 10 working days after its validation, subject to the availability of products in stock.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to track your order.
You will also find your tracking number in your customer account.
When the delivery label is created, the carrier’s system automatically selects the nearest relay point to your home.
So you don’t have to worry about choosing a relay point.
Would you like to collect your order from daisho.be or synergies-vector.com? No problem at all! Contact us to arrange an appointment to collect your parcel directly from our premises. Don’t forget to quote your order number when making your arrangements.

Section 2. Exchanges
Contact us to find the best possible solution.
Exchange eligibility :
- Only products returned in their original packaging and unworn are eligible for exchange.
Please note: Due to their personalized or specific nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items with personalized embroidery (belts, karatégis, judogis, etc.): These items are custom-made to your specifications.
- Nutritional products (dehydrated meals, food and food supplements, etc.): For reasons of hygiene and food safety.

You return the items at your own expense and cover the cost of reshipment.
Section 3. Withdrawal or cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department: Customer Service
Go to your customer account, order tab, and click on “cancel my order”.
If you are unable to cancel your order manually, please contact us.
Section 4. Miscellaneous
Approximate lead times vary from 7 to 14 days, depending on the workload.
The deadline will be different for a belt or an outfit (Karategi, Judogi, etc.).
We don’t have a physical store open to the public. Our showroom is mainly intended for our suppliers and sports club representatives, to present our products in the best possible conditions.
Our website is now available in five languages: English, Dutch, German, Italian and Spanish.
