How to choose your Jiu-Jitsu kimono (keikogi)?
Would you like to start practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu? Choose a sturdy, hard-wearing kimono! As a reminder: you’ll have to defend yourself against opponents who will repeatedly try to grab you by the keikogi. That’s why it needs to be tight around the sleeves and pants.

Did you know? You can also practice JBB without a kimono, wearing MMA shorts and a rashguard instead.
