The bag consists of a complete silhouette d’™un boxeur (in guard position) and several numbers (from 1 to 8).

Its large size allows work on “fists†and “feet†attacks (English and French boxing). The silhouette of the boxer in the on-guard position provides visual cues on the areas to be targeted. Numbers allow the trainer to announce sequences of blows, depending on the technical work he’d like to achieve.
