Delivery times depend on your geographical area, country and delivery method. In general, they are between 2 and 5 working days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  4. Click on the “Request a quote” option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    As soon as we receive your request, our team will add the exact cost of shipping (DHL Express).
    You can then validate your order and proceed to payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In delivery terms, “remote areas” (RE*) with the carrier refer to hard-to-reach or isolated locations, such as certain islands or mountain regions. For these areas, the carrier charges an additional fee, as delivery can be more complex and costly. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Pourquoi ne puis-je pas choisir mon point relais pour la livraison ?<\/strong><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div>

    When the delivery label is created, the carrier’s system automatically selects the nearest relay point to your home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Normally, you don’t need to do anything special to choose a relay point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    However, if you wish, you can let us know which relay point would be most convenient for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If we have the opportunity to select it manually, we’ll be happy to do so.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Would you like to collect your order from daisho.be or synergies-vector.com? No problem at all! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Contact us to arrange an appointment to collect your parcel directly from our premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Don’t forget to quote your order number when making your exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Yes, you can have your order collected by the carrier of your choice.
    When you make your purchase, select the “Collection by your carrier” option. No delivery charges will be billed by us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
